Return & Refund Policy

TrackMaster sells digital trackers, planners, templates, and other downloadable products delivered electronically.

Purchases are generally final once a product has been delivered or accessed. If you were charged twice, received the wrong product, received a defective file, or cannot access your purchase after we try to resolve the issue, contact us with your order details so we can review it.

We will also provide a refund when required by applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit your legal rights.
